The Principality of Monaco is the depositary of the Agreement establishing the Sanctuary for Marine Mammals in Mediterranean Sea, signed in Rome the 25^th November 1999 and that has been made enforceable by the order n. 15258 of 18/02/2002.

The Monegasque delegation is composed of representatives of the following organizations:

• Direction des Affaires Maritimes
• Direction de l’Environnement
• Département des Relations Extérieures et de la Coopération
• Centre Scientifique de Monaco
